Tomorrow I will embark on a journey that will probably kill me. Riding my danger trike up the Little Miami bike trail from Newtown to Loveland. A little over 12 miles on this:

Now I know what you’re thinking, “Arch Duke, that’s not allowed on the trail, it’s got a 1000 Watt motor.”

Well, you would be correct in that motorized vehicles aren’t allowed on a bike trail. But you’re wrong. Dead wrong. Under Ohio Law, my project isn’t a motorized vehicle. Because that would require my project to be sane and have either two wheels in tandem or one wheel in the front and two in the rear. So it’s not a moped.
